We were leaving the next morning to head home to New Jersey so we were a little nervous as to how this was all going to play out while we were almost 700 miles away.
So here we were buying our second home and we weren?t there! Charlene quickly helped us get over our fears. She helped us with finding an Attorney, Home Inspector, Septic Inspector, Electrician, Surveyor and even an Insurance agent. She helped us with information on all utilities, trash pick up etc. I must tell you that the entire transaction went smooth, and without a hitch. Charlene was always available and returned calls promptly. Charlene wasn?t happy unless we were happy. She followed through with everything from being on time at our first meeting to meeting with us when we came down to celebrate our new purchase. "
